Generally – no, the deposit is not refundable. This includes:
- If you change your mind.
- If you choose not to spend it all (I can’t refund the difference between what you spent up front and an order made that is smaller than that).
- If you forget to apply your discount code when you make your order – you are welcome to make a second order to use it up however.
We will refund the deposit if we do not photograph your child because they are sick, and it doesn’t work out for us to do a make-up day. It is your responsibility to contact us to request one, and you have until the print deadline date to do so.
Also, if we don’t photograph your child, despite your child being present and available, we will contact you to let you know and make a full refund (if a catch up day is unable to be made).
