The session deposit is non-refundable, as it covers our time to photograph your child, carefully edit and process the photographs and share with you. Our pre-registration policy means we are not taking time photographing children whose families are not committed to purchasing something. If you are genuinely disappointed with the result, please contact us and explain what you are disappointed about. Our aim is always to please, and we will work with you to come up with a resolution if at all possible.
What if we don’t like any of the photos?
